NWO is concerned with quality and innovation in science. Values that NWO also extends to the scientific meetings it organises. To guarantee the quality of NWO Physics now and in the near future, the decision was therefore taken to increase the participation fee. In doing so, a balance was carefully sought between inflation on the one hand and ensuring that NWO Physics remains an inclusive conference in which scientists from diverse backgrounds can participate. As a result, NWO has set the participation fee at this new level.
